We do not require experience of our new hires, in fact, we prefer a good attitude over experience.  We provide training
to all of our employees. This includes training in methods of application, product usage, and diagnostics skills. The training
program was designed by the owner of the company, and is ongoing, 12 months of the year. And yes, we work year round.
